Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Old Reynella in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (230 males or 27.4%)
  • Labourers (120 males or 14.3%)
  • Professionals (100 males or 11.9%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 450 males in total or 53.6% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Woodcroft employed 28.2% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 12.2% in Labourers; and 11.9% in Professionals.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Old Reynella and Woodcroft were:
