Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Hills North District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (434 females or 24.9%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (412 females or 23.7%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (283 females or 16.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,129 females in total or 64.8% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Coromandel Valley employed 37.6% in Professionals; 21.5% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 14.1% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
