Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Moana in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Community and Personal Service Workers (193 females or 22.8%)
  • Professionals (191 females or 22.6%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (191 females or 22.6%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 575 females in total or 67.9% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Onkaparinga employed 21.9% in Community and Personal Service Workers; 21.7% in Professionals; and 21.1% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Moana and the City of Onkaparinga were:
