Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Old Noarlunga in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (118 males or 29.9%)
  • Manufacturing (34 males or 8.6%)
  • Retail Trade (26 males or 6.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 178 males in total or 45.1% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Sellicks Beach employed 27.6% in Construction; 9.4% in Manufacturing; and 5.9% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Old Noarlunga and Sellicks Beach were:
