Dominant groups

Analysis of the housing tenure of households of Narara Valley and Ourimbah in 2021 compared to Wyong Shire shows that there was a smaller proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.

Overall, 28.7% of households owned their dwelling; 39.7% were purchasing, and 24.2% were renting, compared with 32.8%, 32.6% and 27.4% respectively for Wyong Shire.
