Dominant groups

Analysis of the qualifications of the male population in the Wyong District in 2021 compared to East Brisbane Water and Coastal shows that there was a lower proportion of males holding formal qualifications (Bachelor or higher degree; Advanced Diploma or Diploma; or Vocational qualifications), and a higher proportion of males with no formal qualifications.

Overall, 48.6% of the male population aged 15 and over held educational qualifications, and 42.8% had no qualifications, compared with 62.5% and 31.2% respectively for East Brisbane Water and Coastal.
