An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Narara Valley District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (3,210 people or 22.6%)
- Technicians and Trades Workers (2,016 people or 14.2%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (1,918 people or 13.5%)

In comparison, Kanwal - Wyongah employed 14.3% in Professionals; 15.2% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 12.3% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
