Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Green Point in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (759 people or 25.9%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (419 people or 14.3%)
  • Managers (393 people or 13.4%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,571 people in total or 53.6% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, the Wyong District employed 16.0% in Professionals; 13.2% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 10.6% in Managers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Green Point and the Wyong District were:

  • A larger percentage of persons employed as Professionals (25.9% compared to 16.0%)
