Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Narara Valley and Ourimbah in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (1,958 males or 23.5%)
  • Professionals (1,569 males or 18.8%)
  • Managers (1,086 males or 13.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 4,613 males in total or 55.3% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Kincumber employed 26.3% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 15.8% in Professionals; and 14.8% in Managers.
