Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Gorokan District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Community and Personal Service Workers (978 females or 24.8%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (744 females or 18.8%)
  • Professionals (675 females or 17.1%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,397 females in total or 60.7% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Green Point employed 16.4% in Community and Personal Service Workers; 22.9% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 29.7% in Professionals.
