Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Wyong District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,117 people or 16.0%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (1,004 people or 14.4%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (996 people or 14.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 3,117 people in total or 44.6% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Ettalong Beach - Booker Bay employed 20.4% in Professionals; 14.5% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 11.8% in Community and Personal Service Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of the Wyong District and Ettalong Beach - Booker Bay were:
