Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in The Entrance District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (2,208 people or 19.1%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (1,797 people or 15.5%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (1,619 people or 14.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 5,624 people in total or 48.6% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Charmhaven - Lake Haven employed 10.8% in Professionals; 15.1% in Technicians and Trades Workers; and 15.5% in Community and Personal Service Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of the The Entrance District and Charmhaven - Lake Haven were:
