Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Northern Lakes, San Remo-Budgewoi and Toukley in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (2,765 females or 29.4%)
  • Retail Trade (1,379 females or 14.7%)
  • Education and Training (999 females or 10.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 5,143 females in total or 54.7% of the total employed female resident population.
