Dominant groups

Analysis of household income levels in the The Entrance District in 2021 compared to West Brisbane Water and Peninsula shows that there was a smaller proportion of high income households (those earning $3,000 per week or more) and a higher proportion of low income households (those earning less than $800 per week).

Overall, 14.5% of the households earned a high income and 30.1% were low income households, compared with 17.4% and 27.9% respectively for West Brisbane Water and Peninsula.

There were no major differences between The Entrance District and West Brisbane Water and Peninsula in 2021.
