Dominant groups

Analysis of the country of birth of people aged 25 to 34 years in Central Coast NSW in 2021 compared to Regional NSW shows that there was a similar proportion of people born overseas.

Overall, 13.6% of people aged 25 to 34 years were born overseas, compared with 13.7% for Regional NSW.

The major difference between the countries of birth of people aged 25 to 34 years in Central Coast Council area and Regional NSW was:

  • A larger percentage of people born in United Kingdom (2.4% compared to 1.3%)
