Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Fitzroy North in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (1,618 males or 48.3%)
- Managers (647 males or 19.3%)
- Technicians and Trades Workers (294 males or 8.8%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,559 males in total or 76.4% of the employed male resident population.
In comparison, Central Richmond employed 43.1% in Professionals; 21.2% in Managers; and 9.6% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Fitzroy North and Central Richmond were:
