Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Collingwood in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,408 males or 45.4%)
  • Managers (566 males or 18.2%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (276 males or 8.9%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,250 males in total or 72.5% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Carlton North - Princes Hill employed 48.1% in Professionals; 16.2% in Managers; and 8.9% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
