Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Narara Valley and Ourimbah in 2016 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (3,213 people or 20.3%)
- Technicians and Trades Workers (2,364 people or 15.0%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (2,327 people or 14.7%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 7,904 people in total or 50.1% of the employed resident population.
