Dwellings with 3 bedrooms were the most common in Gorokan in 2021.
The Number of Bedrooms in a dwelling is an indicator of the size of dwellings, and when combined with Dwelling Type information, provides insight into the role Gorokan plays in the housing market. Dominant groups
Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings in Gorokan in 2021 compared to Warnervale - Wallarah - Bushells Ridge shows that there was a higher proportion of dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 30.2% of households were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 20.8% of 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 7.4% and 59.0% for Warnervale - Wallarah - Bushells Ridge respectively.
