The three largest ancestries in Earlwood in 2016 were Greek, Australian and English.

Analysis of the ancestry responses of the population in Earlwood in 2016 shows that the top five ancestries nominated were:

  • Greek (4,013 people or 22.7%)
  • Australian (2,779 people or 15.7%)
  • English (2,697 people or 15.2%)
  • Italian (1,600 people or 9.0%)
