The three largest ancestries in Chester Hill in 2016 were Lebanese, Australian and English.

Analysis of the ancestry responses of the population in Chester Hill in 2016 shows that the top five ancestries nominated were:

  • Australian (1,825 people or 15.2%)
  • English (1,514 people or 12.6%)
  • Chinese (1,488 people or 12.4%)
