Dominant groups

Analysis of the country of birth of the non-English speaking population in the City of Maroondah in 2021 compared to the total population in the City of Maroondah shows that there was a larger proportion of people born overseas.

Overall, 74.8% of the non-English speaking population was born overseas, compared with 25.2% for the total population in the City of Maroondah.

The major differences between the countries of birth of the non-English speaking population in the City of Maroondah and the total population in the City of Maroondah were:
