Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Heathmont in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (899 females or 35.8%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (478 females or 19.0%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (377 females or 15.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,754 females in total or 69.9% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Maroondah employed 30.2% in Professionals; 20.9% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 16.0% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
