Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Earlwood in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,070 males or 26.3%)
  • Managers (859 males or 21.1%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (715 males or 17.6%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,644 males in total or 65.0% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Bankstown CBD employed 19.9% in Professionals; 8.3% in Managers; and 15.3% in Technicians and Trades Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Earlwood and Bankstown CBD were:
