Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Kingsgrove in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Retail Trade (259 people or 10.1%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance (257 people or 10.0%)
- Education and Training (244 people or 9.5%)
In combination, these three industries employed 760 people in total or 29.6% of the total employed resident population.
In comparison, Bass Hill Ward employed 10.2% in Retail Trade; 12.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 8.5% in Education and Training.
