Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Villawood in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (127 people or 14.4%)
  • Manufacturing (92 people or 10.4%)
  • Construction (89 people or 10.1%)

In combination, these three industries employed 308 people in total or 34.9% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Narwee - Beverley Hills employed 11.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 6.5% in Manufacturing; and 6.2% in Construction.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Villawood and Narwee - Beverley Hills were:
