Dominant groups

Analysis of the share of the male population attending educational institutions in Sefton in 2021 compared to the City of Canterbury Bankstown shows that there was a lower proportion attending primary school, a higher proportion attending secondary school, and a similar proportion engaged in tertiary level education.

Overall, 8.0% of the male population were attending primary school, 10.4% of the male population were attending secondary institutions, and 7.9% were learning at a tertiary level, compared with 8.6%, 7.0% and 7.6% respectively for the City of Canterbury Bankstown.

The major differences between the share of the male population attending learning institutions in Sefton and the City of Canterbury Bankstown were:
