Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Fullarton in 2011 compared to City of Unley shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a similar proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 24.8% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 7.5% were one-parent families, compared with 27.1% and 7.5% respectively for City of Unley.

There were a higher proportion of lone person households and a lower proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 35.2% compared to 30.4% in City of Unley while the proportion of couples without children was 22.4% compared to 24.0% in City of Unley.
