Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Glenhaven in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Construction (241 males or 15.4%)
- Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (212 males or 13.6%)
- Retail Trade (137 males or 8.8%)
In combination, these three industries employed 590 males in total or 37.8% of the total employed male resident population.
In comparison, The Hills Shire employed 14.0% in Construction; 13.0% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; and 8.3% in Retail Trade.
The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Glenhaven and The Hills Shire were:
