Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of Bella Vista in 2021 compared to East Ward shows that there was a lower proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 19.3% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 15.0% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 20.8% and 16.7% respectively for East Ward.
