Analysis of the housing tenure of households of Ashbury in 2021 compared to Villawood shows that there was a larger proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.
Overall, 47.6% of households owned their dwelling; 36.3% were purchasing, and 12.1% were renting, compared with 9.9%, 17.0% and 59.1% respectively for Villawood.
