Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Unley in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (456 females or 41.8%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (169 females or 15.5%)
  • Managers (158 females or 14.5%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 783 females in total or 71.7% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Unley employed 40.9% in Professionals; 16.1% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 13.2% in Managers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Unley and the City of Unley were:
