Dominant groups

Analysis of the share of the population attending educational institutions in Rural East in 2021 compared to the City of Playford shows that there was a lower proportion attending primary school, a higher proportion attending secondary school, and a similar proportion engaged in tertiary level education.

Overall, 8.3% of the population were attending primary school, 7.3% of the population were attending secondary institutions, and 5.0% were learning at a tertiary level, compared with 11.1%, 6.3% and 5.4% respectively for the City of Playford.
