Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Keilor District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (538 females or 27.4%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (517 females or 26.3%)
  • Sales Workers (249 females or 12.7%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,304 females in total or 66.4% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, St Albans employed 15.8% in Professionals; 14.6% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 10.7% in Sales Workers.
