Dominant groups

Analysis of the non-English speaking population in the City of Playford in 2021 compared to the total population in the City of Playford shows that there was a higher proportion of people in the younger age groups (under 15) and a lower proportion of people in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 24.8% of the non-English speaking population was aged between 0 and 14, and 8.4% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 22.9% and 12.8% respectively for the total population in the City of Playford.
