Dominant groups
Analysis of the number of Dinka speakers usually resident in a household in the City of Playford compared with Greater Adelaide shows that there was a lower proportion of Dinka speakers in lone person households, and a higher proportion in larger households (those with 4 persons or more). Overall there was 1.8% of Dinka speakers in lone person households, and 94.5% in larger households, compared with 2.8% and 89.3% respectively for Greater Adelaide.
The major differences between the household size for Dinka speakers in the City of Playford and Greater Adelaide were:
