Analysis of the housing tenure of households of the City of Mandurah in 2021 compared to Campbelltown City shows that there was a larger proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a smaller proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.
Overall, 32.7% of households owned their dwelling; 34.8% were purchasing, and 24.8% were renting, compared with 21.8%, 38.2% and 32.6% respectively for Campbelltown City .
