Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in City of Mandurah in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (5,627 males or 30.4%)
  • Machinery Operators And Drivers (3,350 males or 18.1%)
  • Labourers (2,446 males or 13.2%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 11,423 males in total or 61.8% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Greater Perth employed 23.4% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 11.7% in Machinery Operators And Drivers; and 10.5% in Labourers.
