Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in City of Knox in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Technicians and Trades Workers (9,870 males or 23.5%)
- Professionals (8,749 males or 20.8%)
- Managers (6,682 males or 15.9%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 25,301 males in total or 60.1% of the employed male resident population.
In comparison, Chandler Ward employed 29.7% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 16.9% in Professionals; and 14.2% in Managers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of the City of Knox and Chandler Ward were:

- A larger percentage of males employed as Managers (15.9% compared to 14.2%)
