Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Wantirna in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (465 males or 13.2%)
  • Retail Trade (346 males or 9.8%)
  • Manufacturing (345 males or 9.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,156 males in total or 32.9% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Friberg Ward employed 18.4% in Construction; 9.7% in Retail Trade; and 12.1% in Manufacturing.
