The size of the City of Knox's labour force aged 65 to 79 years in 2021 was 3,933 persons, of which 1,924 were employed part-time and 1,591 were full time workers.
Analysis of the employment status of people aged 65 to 79 years (as a percentage of the labour force) in the City of Knox in 2021 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a similar proportion in employment, as well as a similar proportion unemployed.
