Dominant groups

Analysis of the country of birth of people aged 35 to 54 years in the City of Knox in 2021 compared to Greater Melbourne shows that there was a smaller proportion of people born overseas.

Overall, 42.3% of people aged 35 to 54 years were born overseas, compared with 44.0% for Greater Melbourne.

The major differences between the countries of birth of people aged 35 to 54 years in the City of Knox and Greater Melbourne were:
