Dominant groups

Analysis of the qualifications of the male population in Rockhampton in 2021 compared to Norman Gardens shows that there was a lower proportion of males holding formal qualifications (Bachelor or higher degree; Advanced Diploma or Diploma; or Vocational qualifications), and a higher proportion of males with no formal qualifications.

Overall, 45.5% of the male population aged 15 and over held educational qualifications, and 42.5% had no qualifications, compared with 51.6% and 38.3% respectively for Norman Gardens.
