Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Berserker and The Common in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (190 males or 12.4%)
  • Manufacturing (169 males or 11.0%)
  • Retail Trade (150 males or 9.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 509 males in total or 33.1% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Rockhampton employed 12.9% in Construction; 8.5% in Manufacturing; and 7.8% in Retail Trade.
