Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Echunga and District in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (230 people or 23.4%)
  • Managers (183 people or 18.6%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (150 people or 15.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 563 people in total or 57.3% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, South Australia employed 21.5% in Professionals; 13.0% in Managers; and 13.2% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
