Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Eyre in 2016 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Community and Personal Service Workers (34 people or 16.5%)
- Labourers (34 people or 16.5%)
- Technicians and Trades Workers (32 people or 15.5%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 100 people in total or 48.5% of the employed resident population.
In comparison, Blakeview employed 14.7% in Community and Personal Service Workers; 12.2% in Labourers; and 16.4% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
