Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Elizabeth in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Manufacturing (33 males or 19.0%)
  • Retail Trade (18 males or 10.3%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (18 males or 10.3%)

In combination, these three industries employed 69 males in total or 39.7% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Eyre employed 14.8% in Manufacturing; 7.9% in Retail Trade; and 12.9% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
