Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in North Lambton in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (275 females or 31.6%)
  • Education and Training (128 females or 14.7%)
  • Retail Trade (93 females or 10.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 496 females in total or 57.1% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Lambton employed 31.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 15.7% in Education and Training; and 10.4% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of North Lambton and Lambton were:
