Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Iluka in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Managers (399 males or 24.1%)
  • Professionals (395 males or 23.8%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (331 males or 20.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,125 males in total or 67.8% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, Ocean Reef employed 19.7% in Managers; 19.9% in Professionals; and 23.6% in Technicians and Trades Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Iluka and Ocean Reef were:
