Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Woodvale in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,203 people or 24.7%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (759 people or 15.6%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (680 people or 14.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,642 people in total or 54.3% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, North-Central Ward employed 22.9% in Professionals; 13.7% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 16.1% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
